▫ raised living level
▫ narrow window openings framed with finely worked stone blocks
▫ strong doors and windows, a wrought iron-framed double-leaf iron panel opening outwards in front of the wooden windows
▫ loopholes
▫ in the basement under the house, there is a tunnel system with several exits running towards the end of the plot and branching into the neighboring basements, which functions as an escape route in an emergency.

▪ The furnishings of the house present the material relics of the market town, peasant lifestyle of the late 19th century, which was determined by the combined pursuit of agriculture and trade.

▪ The sophistication of the interior design and clothing is aligned with the bourgeois prototypes of the nearby free royal city and county seat of Košice.

▪ The current living space of the listed residential building is divided into three parts, namely the first house – clean room, atrium – kitchen, back room – back house.
